Filipino Beef adobo sa gata

Beef adobo sa gata ingredients:
1 kg. beef (kalitiran)
1 cup thick coconut milk
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cups thin coconut milk
12 peppercorns
2 gloves garlic, crushed
1 bay leaf
salt to taste

Beef adobo sa gata procedures:
1. Cut beef into 2-inch cubes, and place in a pot.
2. Add the thin coconut milk, garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf, vinegar and salt to taste.
3. Simmer until the beef tender and the liquid almost gone.
4. Add the thick coconut milk, and boil for 10 minutes.
5. Serve.

Makes 6-8 servings.
